I am writing this letter to compliment one of your employees. I was recently in an auto accident in a leased auto. The leasing company had charged my credit card even though you paid them. I called your office and was directed to an employee who went above and beyond in settling this matter and eventually the leasing company sent me a check. Your employee called me every day and advised me as to what was going on. In this era of Robo calls and not being able to speak to someone when you have a problem I must tell you that your employee was very professional and willing to help me solve the problem. Thank you for employing a person of this caliber. I have been a customer of yours for many years and intend to continue with you all.
I was very happy with the entire process – placing my claim, the adjusters, the final resolution and payment of the claim. I received my fully restored car in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for your prompt and courteous service.
